  21. You also have to copy the invisible files (msdos.sys and io.sys).  To do that,
  22. make a floppy with a system on it from your upgraded machine (SYS A: assuming
  23. its drive A, or FORMAT A: /S) and also copy SYS.EXE (or is a .COM -- I forget)
  24. to that floppy.  After you copy the DOS files to the BB HD, boot from the
  25. floppy and then do a SYS C:.  Be sure to do this AFTER you copy the DOS files,
  26. or you will get a "wrong DOS version" error.

  28. The individual who said you'd have a problem because of an incompatible FAT
  29. type is incorrect.  The upgrade disks don't reformat the drive, or re-write the
  30. FAT, either.
